I have been dubbed the king of bands due to heavy utilization of resistance bands early in my career. Bands are special because they increase your muscle tone while strengthening your stabilizer muscles (the smaller muscles that support larger muscles) which helps prevent future injury. I created some super strong heavy resistance bands that can be easily modified for beginners.

Now I made these punching bands to strengthen the surface muscles of the shoulder, which offers more support to take stress off your joints, increase endurance, strengthen punches and increase punching speed. My personal results have been so profound I decided to manufacture my product commercially.
